EasyScripter Certified Training Programs:

1. Train the Trainer

EasyScripter provides one-day training courses for up to 5 people, labelled "Train the Trainer courses". The very nature of the product is that it is easy to use and does not require a vast amount of technical knowledge. The idea behind the training days is to teach the Team Leaders and Script Builders how to use the product. They can then use this knowledge to help train the agents on how to navigate the scripts.

Full training material is provided which will support staff following the formal training.

The training day covers the following areas:

· Campaign Set Up
· Basic Script Building – Inbound & Outbound
· Basic Product Catalogue Administration
· Emailing from screen
· Simple Test Exercises to test competency
· Q&A

Price:
Training for up to 5 people £950 per day exc. VAT

2. EasyScripter Advanced Scripting:

A full days course concentrating on the design, creation and maintenance of more complex Inbound, Outbound & Email Scripts. Client to pick 5 components from a list of options including

· Script Design – Flow charting best practice
· Inbound Scripting - Building clients own scripts
· Outbound Scripting - Building clients own scripts
· Advanced Controls – Calculations, Advanced Look Ups.
· Bespoke Emailer
· Using Variables
· Database Gets

3. CRM Module

A full days training for advanced users covering all aspects of the CRM module. Exercises will include best practice, example scripts, test exercises and ‘live’ example.

4. Advanced Training Course

All advanced training days are to be held at CallScripter’s HQ in Ipswich. The course will include a full day with a Senior Developer and the course content will be tailored to meet the client’s own requirements, specified and agreed in advance. Examples could be Database/SQL training or integration training.
The course will be for up to 3 people. Lunch & Refreshments will be included.

Training for up to 3 people £1,500 per day exc. VAT

NB: Maximum number of persons on training courses may vary depending on the complexity of the required content.
