Technical Specification:

Detailed here are the minimum system requirements to run EasyScripter. EasyScripter requires installation of supplied software on each agents pc and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.

Any later versions are also supported.

Agents PC:

Any version of Microsoft Windows that supports Internet Explorer 6 or later.
800 x 600 with inbound email module.
CIC Interaction Client
CIC Interaction Scripter

Script Editors/Developer PC:

Any version of Microsoft Windows that supports Internet Explorer 6 or later.
Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
1024x768 or greater screen resolution.
For advanced scripting, Microsoft SQL Server Client tools will be required.

EasyScripter Application Server:

Windows 2000 Server.
Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
Microsoft Internet Information Server 5.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.
MDAC 2.7 or later.
