Script Editor
The Script Editor comes with a toolbox containing over 100 controls and templates as standard.
The software uses familiar drag and drop actions allowing pages to be moved and connected using the mouse.
This functionality enables the fast implementation of new campaigns whilst also offering the capability to build the most complex of scripts.
There are no limits to the number of pages or controls that can be used within a script.
The Script Editor also links incoming calls to specific scripts enabling them to pop on the agents screen.

EasyScripter Script Editor
When editing a script you are given the option of using the Standard Editor or the Visual Editor. You can also switch at any time during the editing process.
