Reporting System

The EasyScripter Reporting Suite is a highly powerful component of the application. With the ability to tailor reports via uncomplicated programming, you can monitor and report upon every activity which is undertaken within your contact centre. Data is easily formatted, and can be cleansed via EasyScripter before it is interpreted and/or released. Whether you wish to analyse general volumes, or predict the number of agents needed, EasyScripter has the report for you.

Key Features:

Creation of reports using familiar drag and drop controls.
Generate message templates (such as letters, faxes and emails) in the Report Designer, with mail merge options available.
Manual or scheduled reports can be formatted within the Report Scheduler so that reports can run monthly, weekly, daily or even hourly.
Deliver reports to predefined destinations in multiple formats, including text files, CSV and RTF.
Filter reports based on script values.
Use the report styling code to standardise the presentation of data.
