Following an OEM agreement between
CallScripter and Interactive Intelligence Inc (ININ)
the EasyScripter
+ plug-in has been created to further enhance ININ's Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) Platform.
EasyScripter
+, based upon
CallScripter's intuitive workflow-based scripting tool,
encorporates the full functionality of the
CallScripter product. Allowing users to easily
create and edit scripts and reports as well as providing agent management. EasyScripter
+ guides the agent through the
communication process, be that by phone, fax or email, ensuring that all the relevant information is collected in a
controlled sequence and saved in the correct format and place. EasyScripter
+ also handles a variety of report formats,
allowing you to have data at the click of a button.
EasyScripter
EasyScripter provides the core functionality of EasyScripter
+ for companies who do not have requirements for the
additional modules provided by the full EasyScripter
+ product. EasyScripter controls the editing and running of scripts,
with no complicated programming, just user-friendly controls. EasyScripter includes the Visual Script Designer & Script
Executer enabling non-technical staff to quickly and easily create full multimedia call flows for use by the agents.
