What are EasyScripter's technical requirements?

Who can use EasyScripter?
This intuitive software can easily be utilised by technical and non-technical members of staff. Campaigns can be written
in minutes; with amendments easily made, allowing the contact centre to respond instantly to client demands, new
directives or changes.
What types of calls can EasyScripter handle?
EasyScripter allows for the smooth handling of incoming, outbound or blended telephone campaigns, as well as non-calling
campaigns.
Is it possible to access the campaigns remotely?
EasyScripter is designed to maximise productivity, and with this in mind the software suite will allow for remote
accessing of campaign scripts and even for new campaigns to be created remotely.
Are scripts restricted by any size limitations?
There are no size restrictions on scripts. The only limitations may come from the server specifications.
Can external data be imported into a script?
Yes, EasyScripter will allow you to link to or import data from any ODBC, ADO or OLEDB data source.
What types of database will the software support?
EasyScripter supports the following types of database: CSV, SQL, Access and TXT.
How is the database data integrated within the script (fields)?
Within the application, you can access the data using SQL to retrieve data, and then return the required information to
the fields in the scripts.
Can agents update external data?
Yes (if they are given the correct permissions) agents can update external data such as customers' details.
Is the software fully relational?
Yes, EasyScripter is fully relational. This means that the data is stored using methods that allow much data to be held
without duplication within the system.
Can the script launch other applications?
EasyScripter can launch applications if they can normally be accessed via a web-based system. Also we can integrate other
applications using .DLL and ActiveX control technologies.
Does the system schedule appointments?
A diary control is included in EasyScripter that allows you to specify the number of active days in the week and
appointments per day. Using a flexible user interface you can create a diary system in minutes. The data can be accessed
via the web so it is perfect for making on the go decisions.
Is there an agent scalablity limit?
EasyScripter does not have a maximum user number. The software is scalable to Microsoft's suggested server specifications
for web servers.
Can the script accommodate subscripts?
Yes, several scripts can be joined together. This might be because you want an order routine to be used in more than one
script.
