EasyScripter Executer
The Executer is a program that handles inbound calls, outbound calls, emails and faxes.
Inbound and outbound telemarketing campaigns use screen popping to present the relevant script to the agent. The application incorporates a virtual wallboard featuring individual and call centre statistics. Integration with CIC allows agents to transfer both scripts and voice to another agent at any point during the communication process. EasyScripter will also integrate with Postcode software, saving call time by locating the customer quickly and easily from the information given.
