About Us
Interaction EasyScripter is the result of the strategic partnership between Interactive Intelligence and
CallScripter. This prosperous relationship has been fully operational for over 6 years,
with a host of successful global installations, including over 3,000 licenses sold worldwide within 74 companies in
18 countries.
The initial version (Interaction EasyScripter 2) featured a simple script editor and executer for building and running
scripts. It was developed for outbound calls only, and worked in conjunction with the Interaction Dialer; which also housed
the reporting tool.
In 2009 ININ released CIC 3.0 and a brand new integration with
CallScripter's latest
platform was developed - known as Interaction EasyScripter 3.
Interaction EasyScripter 3 now includes the functionality to handle both inbound and outbound calls, meaning that it can
work independently of the Interaction Dialer, as well as complimenting it.
Also installed is a complete call manager, alongside a fully functional reporting system - allowing for custom reports to
be produced, providing a complete analytical overview of your business.
